Hi I'm new to this so please bear with me. I have an Aspire 7740, running Win 7/64, Home Premium, that I had not used for over a month. Plugged it in and am run on AC. Noticed the battery indicator show "1% available (plugged in, not charging)". Went to Acer support, chated with "Immanuel MM" and he told me to install 1.27 BIOS update. However, when I run the update "Flash.bat", it starts, asks me if I want to proceed with the down load, that completes then I get an error message in a small window labeled "JV70127" "Driver (WDM) Init Fail! (0X137)". Can anyone help with either problem. PC is still in warranty.
