    Aspire 7741z Boot Problem

    1 Month old, was working just fine. Went to boot up and got a blank screen, nothing. I could hear the dvd drive turning but no light showing the hard drive. So, I did all the power things, pulled the battery, held power button down for 30 seconds, reattached power cord and powered up. Still the same result but now the hard drive light is but i cant really hear it. I have tried toggling the display but nothing. The i reseated the ram and the hard drive, now it turns on but the screen is now bright white. Still no bios is loading, nothing, cant get any kind of boot sequence.

    I am at a loss

    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Check one more if RAM and HDD are seated properly- if so and you still can't boot contact Acer for service support.
