Normally I would diagnose bad motherboard - but the system actually charges the battery even though it doesn't POST.
This laptop is only a year a a half old - anybody else have this problem?
Is there a user forum for this model?

Disconnect the battery and power cable, press powerb button for a second and now you can turn it on.

Just curious if other users have experienced what I would call "premature" motherboard failure in this or similar models.
