I have an 8920g and want to know if there are any solutions to my problems.

First, the settings are greyed out in the acer crystal eye control box. I have put a clean install of vista ultimate on and have, as suggested previously, re-installed all the webcam drivers from the recovery disk and tried from the acer ftp site too. Still no luck.... any ideas??? I used to be able to change the brightness, contrast etc.... now nothing because its all greyed out.

Second, after reading up on the crystal eye I found that to record from the webcam I have to use the DV Wizard in acer arcade... I have installed all the softward I can find on this and still I do not have a DV Wizard option in my arcade.... The version I have is 2.0.5312.

Third, after opening arcade deluxe and using for a few minutes, it has a pop up that informs me that arcade deluxe has stopped working and needs to close down... I can continue to use the arcade deluxe if I minimise the popup informing me of the problem, but it is really annoying.... the pop up comes up even when I have minimised the arcade and am not using it!!

I have done everthing I can think of to solve these problems but cannot fix anything... Has anyone out there had any of these problems and have fixed them?? if so, would appreciate your help..
    Cheers
