    Hi

    The CineDash on my Aspire 8930G is stuck and wont move regardless of how or where i touch it, its stuck on MUTE, rather than HOLD.

    Any solution or am I correct in thinking I'm stuck with this defect?

    Just take the battery out and unplug the power.
