This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Aspire 9303 CPU upgrade? Anyone done this?

    Hi,

    About ready to upgrade the CPU after finding out that the CPU on the mobo is swapable. Bios all upgraded and ready to take the plunge but was wondering if anyone else has successfully upgraded the AMD CPU on this model.

    I am going from a TL-50 (1.6mhz) to either a TL-64 (2.20mhz) or TL-66 (2.30mhz), the latter being the MAX this mobo will take (from my google research).
