We got this laptop last December and love it with the exception of the keyboard. The keys are very 'sticky' and unresponsive.

I contacted Acer for a replacement keyboard and after a number of hoops, they agreed to send a new keyboard for me to swap out. I really wanted to avoid sending the laptop to a service depot and lose it for who-knows-how-long!

I was happy to get the replacement keyboard in the mail yesterday, but when I opened the box it came in, I noticed the top left corner of the replacement was bent upwards... it wasn't shipping damage, it was put into the box that way. The metal base is fairly rigid so I didn't want to try and bend it back.

I called Acer back and they won't let me replace the replacement... they said I would have to send it in.

So my question is.... does anyone know where I can order a replacement keyboard for this laptop. I'd rather just spend $50 than lose the laptop for a while. I think the part number is KB.INT00.297... at least that is what was on the packing list.
