New laptop. Only a week old. However I can hear the fan constantly running frequently even when the temperature is only 36-38 Celsius and it can get very annoying. I downloaded and installed the latest BIOS driver from the Acer website but it has not helped.

    Any tips?

Judging by the reviews that is normal - the fan is set to work constantly even if the temperatures are low.

Is there a possible and safe to make it so that the fan does not run constantly or not as loudly?

You may be able to use RWEverything to modify relevant records to slow it down to an acceptable level but you'd have to figure out which ones.
