    A hard one to crack I think. . .

We have a Acer Aspire Idea 500 Media Center over here.
HD crashed on us and we had to replace it.

The new HD is also a WD 250 as before. Same make, model, etc etc.

When booting from the Windows Media Center Edition (legal!) CD, it tels us that it can't find any HD. No partitions to create . .

Who's got any 'idea'? Is there a special driver fro the Sata controller we have to load? We couldn't find anything?

    All help is appreciated.
