    Hi Everyone,

My friends _Acer _Aspire One refuses to boot up on battery, and when plugged in, the battery shows up as unknown battery / doesn't exist.. and its not charging as well.

She told me that few days back she let it run all the way down to the last drop without recharging it, and this happened more than once - complete discharge of the battery... Any suggestions / tips people?

    Thanks a lot.

Thanks.. I was thinking of that possibility..

But I was thinking if there would be any other way to restore a battery which has been drained completely.. why would it stop recharging suddenly, after being let to drain completely? Thanks again.
