Are there any other people who own this unit so we can share our experience and discuss the specifics? I got it recently and for the most part I'm very happy. There are some things i would like to know though.

For some reason i cant find many information for this product, so i feel like its missing support. Maybe Acer makes too many models and cant keep up? The drives page on their website has Bluetooth and USB 3 drives listed and this unit does not even feature those in hardware.

As for using it, i find that sometimes there's somewhat of a trickling noise coming from the left fan underneath.

I would also like to know if it uses a Sata II or III port, and if it will make a difference if i use an SSD drive. Also how much RAM can it hold, and will a memory upgrade be worth it as well?

Can you install an Bluetooth internally so i wont have a dongle occupying one of the USB ports?
