I bought a Aspire V5-573g about 2 weeks ago from a local retailer. The driver CD was blank so I had to find them on my own. I installed Windows, then the drivers. But I can't seem to 'unlock' the full resolution of 1920x1080. I can only use 1366x768. The specifications on the site of this laptop said 1920x1080 was the max resolution. So I'm hoping that they werent, well wrong.

But there were plenty of problems with installing windows, and drivers might have installed wrong. But, what do you recommend I do? I'm almost certain I installed the necessary drivers for this. Chipset, nvidia/integrated drivers for video.

Oh and to give specs if it matters:
    GT 750m
    i7-4500u
    15.6 hd led lcd

not sure what else to include

There are versions of this laptop with 768p resolution and 1080p resolution so you most likely bought the former.
Check the actual panel model and Google it (use something like AIDA or Everest for that)
