    Aspire one - HELP!

    Hey guys,

    I have a Aspire One Netbook and its done something weird. One day i shut it down as per normal and now i can't get it to even turn on. The orange charge light stays on all the time even when the ac adapter is not plugged in (so it runs off the battery till the battery goes flat then the light goes out). Also the on/off button glows then dims / dies after a few second of being plugged into the AC. But it will not start up. Tried everything i can think of. Holding the button down for X number of seconds / minutes. Stripping the Netbook down and cleaned every contact. Still with no joy. Even replaced the internal battery.

    Hope you guys can think of a simple or even a workable soloution for this issue as i haven't been able to find an arnswer anywhere that matches the symtems i have on my netbook. I hope i can get it to work again was extremely usefull for the train to work!.
