read one of the threads about this lil hardware, appears mixed reviews ect in regards to performance, i have one (D260 1gb ram,160gb hdd) and have to say, its shockingly crap. i have a acer laptop also, and that thing has major issues just after 1 year, thought i would give acer one more chance, and ths far i will not buy another acer.

youd think runing xp with 1gb ram would hum along with no issues, but wrong, as yet i am to find a solution to this gutless machine, the internet is so sticky, and i have tried multiple browsers, i run avg, i have scanned with avg and malwarebites, run error checks, cleaned drive, defragged drive..still wondering whats next.

i see some mention playing games, i find any shockwave or multimedia on the web almost kills the machine, and as for games, have tried a few, but none work, always errors, so my assumption would be the problem lies somewehre n the acceleration area, ie lack of gfx card for this area, but why so gutless!!

would be interested to know if anyone has been here and fixed/ironed out any thing similar
