    Aspire1640 ERROR

    Hey
    I have a Acer Aspire1640 series laptop. Have neva given me any trouble until like a week ago when all of a sudden it starts giving me some hardware conflict error at startup but when i log in to windows i don c any conflict and system keeps restarting in a minute or two. The error is:
    Mouse initialized
    System configuration Data Updated
    ERROR
    Resource Conflict - PCI on MotherBoard
    Bus:06, Device:04, Function:00
    ERROR
    Resource Conflict - PCI Network Controller on MotherBoard
    Bus:06, Device:08, Function:00

    well if there is a conflict i y cant i c it in windows !!!
    I have tried removing hd, ram an all doesnt work. The system fan is working fine thta causes the system restart sometimes it hink so its fine...i mean ive tried everything i cud but no hope. when i reinstall it copies the files fine but when it gets to installing devices part it again restarts and now i cant even reinstall the sytem.
    Can this be a hardware failure !!!???
    Any help would be much appreciated
