I changed my graphics card on my 5520G (as you can notice it in my signature)...

So when I plugged in my DVI to HDMI cable to watch movies on my LCD TV, in Nvidia control panel there was a new option available (it was there on 8600m GS, only with 9650m gt) HDMI with Audio enabled or disabled...

When I choose enabled, a couldn`t get sound to the TV, not even by connecting tv sound input to audio out on my laptop with separate cable...

But when I chose disable option it work with separate cable for sound...

So is there any way to fix this - to make sound work with video thorugh one cable?

you cannot get audio output through a dvi connector

from what I understand you have a dvi out connector on your laptop through which you can only get a video signal that's why you have to use a separate cable for your audio.
even if you use a dvi-hdmi convertor/cable/ whatever you can only get video out because that's how it was designed

hdmi is : video + sound ( digital video + sound in one connector )
    dvi is : video only

    First thanks for quick answer...
I know that DVI is video only... And I supposed that it doesnt support audio but I wanted to check it once more...
But what really interests me is why when I enable audio through hdmi in nvidia control panel, i cant get audio on my tv even when i use separate cable for audio?

I think that tv somehow detects that card is sending audio signal together with video and so disables audio input from separate cable.

It works like this- when you set the audio to go via HDMI it's "routed" there and audio is unavailable via standard jacks and most likely via built-in speakers.
The same thing happens when you set audio to SPDIF and connect an ordinary speakers or headphone- it won't work either.
I don't feel like I made myself clear on this one though.

Don't you have to select the audio output through the Windows Control Panel? Like you need to do with bluetooth?

I have tried that to but it doesnt work...
Evens so, when I set it in windows audio I lose audio on my laptop and at audio out jack... So I cant connect separate cable for audio to my laptop...

But when I set it to default (on sound card) I get sound back on laptop and audio-out jack...

Well I didn't make myself clear- what I meant to do was to explain why it happens. It's not a bug or a problem- it's meant to work this way.
So if you choose to send sound via HDMI and you use HDMI to DVI connector you have no audio at all- if you had used HDMI per se- not the HDMI-to-DVI it would work fine.
Basically your only option is not to set sound-via-HDMI and connect audio jacks to carry the audio.
