Apparently there is a new BIOS out - 3315.
Where can i get it and how do i install it?
I heard that flashing your bios can result in serious damage to the system if done incorrectly. please advise me on how to do it properly

I also installed it yesterday, initial boot of laptop did give an ATITRAY BSoD but since then had no issues at all.

Install Winflash (it's included in BIOS package) and flash the bios - I can't imagine what you can do wrong with this... It's very simple process, just make sure that you're on AC or your battery is fully loaded. I've flashed bios on different machines many times and I've never had single problem with this.
