    Hi All

    I'm having problems with my Z5610 all-in-one.
When booting up, it hangs on the ACER logo screen and the Del and f12 keys do not work.
If when booting I repeatedly press the Esc key, it goes into an exclusive ACER BIOS but also hangs.

I think I need to do a BIOS recovery but according to the service manual I need to press Fn + Esc when booting up. The keyboard I have (shipped with computer) does not have an Fn key.

Does anybody know what the correct Hotkey is to enter the BIOS? I've also tried Winkey+B to no avail.

Acer themselves haven't helped; they just want me to send it in for repair.

    Many thanks in advance.

If you haven't flashed BIOS and bricked it there's no reason to try to recover BIOS. If it gets stuck @ POST screen that may may mean something is actually wrong with hardware. You may want to remove memory sticks one by one or replace them if you can.
If that doesn't help send it to Acer.

Moderating time- since this is not a notebook it has no place on NBR. Please head to Desktop Review.
