    BIOS battery- TravelMate 5520

    Does anyone know where the BIOS battery is on the TravelMate 5520? I locked myself out and heard that removing the BIOS battery for an hour or so will reset the BIOS password.

    Yep. Questions related to password removals/bypassing is against the forum rules. As mentioned, contact Acer and they should be able to help you after you can prove that you legally own the laptop.
