    Hey guys,

i have a german Acer Aspire 7330 with a celeron M575 with a GL40 board, socket P and i want to upgrade that cpu.
It could support a Core2Duo T5750, but would the BIOS support it too?
Acer said the Bios supports the new T3400 (merom) and T4200 (Penryn), but that are no Core2Duos, that are Pentium DualCore...
But could it be, that if the Bios have general Merom-Support, it have also to support the Merom-Core2Duo´s like the T5750 i ordered? So, It doesn't matter whether Core2Duo or DualCore?
if yes, with a general Penryn-Support the T9xxx series were able to run???
so many questions and the acer-support is so bad...
SORRY for my bad english,i am just a german guy...
    PLEASE HELP
