    Hey,

    Noticed a lot of people looking for a battery upgrade for some of the new Acer models. Looks like they have been released now:

    I believe this is a standard 8 cell for the 4000 Series of notebooks. I have mentioned that the 4501 battery should be compatible in a 1681 since the casing is the exact same. I guess it is swappable.
