    Hi everyone!
I'm very worried about my Aspire. It's seems as if the graphic card had gone off, It's a ATI RADEON MOBILITY 9700. The screen is absolutely unidentifiable, as if 50 % of the pixels were in the worng place. I've tried to use the monitor video out but there was no solution, the monitor displays the same crazy screen. As the graphic card is embedded into the mother board card, it results very expensive the replacement of that main board.
My question is as follows: Had any of you suffer something like that? Is there any solution, not so dramatic as I think?
Thank you all for reading my bad english.
I'm anxious waiting for your advices. Thanks again.

try unistalling the video drives on the computer that will force the computer to use the proccessor as the graphics card more or less, you will have to use the computer in 800 x 600 once the video drives are uninstalled. but that sounds like its better than what you are experiencing now.

    hope that helps, good luck
