I recently bought the laptop in my sig. I could have paid an extra £100 for a Blu-Ray drive and 500GB HDD, but I chose not to. I don't necessarily regret this, but I'll probably want to upgrade to a Blu-Ray drive at some point.

Does anyone know what Blu-Ray drive comes with this laptop? Or if any other Blu-Ray drives work? I'm not interested in recording, just standard playback.

    Thanks

You could always get a USB Blu-ray drive and share the HD love with other systems.

Indeed I could do, though external drives aren't so convenient! I'm really just pooling for information so I can keep an eye on the drives.
