I have a 5630 that did not come with Bluetooth. I bought a USB dongle that works great. However, I don't have an easy way to turn Bluetooth on and off. Is there an Acer or other third party program? I'm running Vista and the icon in the system tray doesn't have the option.

Cant you just take out the dongle?
-
Yes, but I'd prefer to always leave it in b/c I do a fair amount of traveling (it's a micro dongle so it's easy to leave in).
-
What software do you use for it .
Windows stack or BlueSoleil ? -
-
Sorry , i have no idea about Vista , and i will never have , thats a promise.

To OP, do you use like WIDCOMM or some other Kensington driver? I know with WIDCOMM you can just right-click the tray icon. -
I will give you the tools for your mission , because i have this item next to me.
