    Acer /Aspire 3680-2486
    Windows Vista Basic Edition

I made this a new topic because it is a separate issue.

Having recently reformatted all the partitions on my hard drive (including the recovery ones) to save space, I'm having trouble regaining function with my Bluetooth and Wireless LAN.

I've even downloaded the Drivers for the Wireless LAN and Bluetooth and yet the Enable/Disable switches do not work (on the front of my Notebook)

The drivers i've tried are the; (These drivers are designated for XP though)

    802.11b+g (Atheros) v4.2.2.7.
    10/100 LAN Driver v 8.55.4.3.
    From here

Please can you help me restore the functionality I had before
    Thanks

You need to download the ACPI drivers to get the extra switches to work.
