Can someone tell me the part number for the HD connector on an Aspire 3680 and where to buy one? I got a good deal on this without a HD, but I didn't count on the adapter not being there. Any help is appreciated. Also, if anyone with this model can tell me the AC adapter part number, or specs (IE: 100-240V 1.5A 50-60Hz ~ 19Volts 3.42 ~ Amps 65 Watt) too, that would be a big help, because I don't have the AC adpter either. Thanks.

Make sure it's not just a regular SATA connector that doesn't need an adapter.
Check this:
http://www.batterytech.com/productv...ASPIRE+5003WLMI&remark=&pid=AC-1865112&fu=yes
It mentions a 3600-series on the list, so it should work. Wouldn't be my first choice though... -

I did open the HD compartment and there is a caddy, and no connector. It definatly needs an adapter of some sort.
