The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    My main laptop died so I wanted to use this again

    - It is slower than I remember (even though I restored the original clean image) and it does not want to connect to my home WLAN even though it sees it (on some other networks works without problem).

    - Do you know what other OS I can install on it but to still have pen support (please not any linux)?
    Any experience with installing android or Google chrome OS on it or similar?

    - Which USB flash drive does it support for booting (do not have USB CD any more)
