    CPU Upgrade for 4620Z ? Anyone try this yet

    Hey all,

    Have a 4620Z with the T2310 (1.4ghz 1mb cache 533bus) cpu currently.
    Anyone try a cpu upgrade yet in one of these? If so, which one did you use?

    I dont want to go crazy and cause heat problems etc.. just a nice overall performance/ speed and perhaps a 2mb cache.

    download PC-Wizard and post the results for mainboard and chipset here.

    but lets see what else we can do

    Ahhh, and I was about to buy a T5450 (1.6ghz, 2mb cache , 667 bus)

    T5450 is a socket P
    T2310 is also a socket P
    so this could work :D
