This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Is it possible to connect my Hark Disk to a universities desktop computer(without opening the case of the desktop) with using a USB port in order to install a new OS?

    p.s there is an issue with my laptop so i can do that using my laptop please dont ask me about that.
