My screen is currently broken and with the model number LTN184HT01 made by Samsung I was able to find a model that is 1920x1200 and also the 1920x1080.

Should I be cautious of this because the model number I supplied is supposed to be for the 1920x1080?

    1920 x 1200 and 1920 x 1080 are two different ratios, therefore different sizes.

    1920x1200 is 16:10 raito, while 1920x1080 is 16:9.

If your laptop had a 1920x1080 res, then buy the 1920x1080.
