I went there already and nothing helped me because i did not had an acer warranty this is killing me because i don't know very much of this and don't have enough money at the time to send my computer to get the problem fix i came here because this a forum for experts of laptops/softwares/computers by the way i posted the link of the messages the pops out in my laptop screen everytime i turn it on.

I have asked for the model specs details, please post them and let me try finding the download of newer version compatible to your laptop.

You could try uninstalling Acer Updater program, go to Control Panel, click Programs, right click "Acer Updater" and uninstall, then download from Acer Site and install.
Acer | Download Click netbook and chrome book, click Aspire one, click AOD 257 and look for Acer Updater under Applications tab.
Which Operating system do you have installed?
