Can anyone with a 6920G run Team Fortress 2 at acceptable frame rates?

I've tried everything. I've done everything to avoid throttling, but regardless of whether it does or not, I get 12fps in heavy action scenes at best.

    This is crazy.

I've been able to run it just fine with an undervolted CPU. I do occasionally get dips into the 20s, but that's about it.
Have you tried ThrottleStop yet? It's proven to be the best software out there at stopping the throttling issue the 6920G possesses (I say this only because you haven't posted since January 11th, and ThrottleStop was released the 20th of that month).

Like I said, the issue doesn't seem to be throttling; it's a consistant thing.
