    as the title says..

my temp is not that bad i think.

    that was while running,
    firefox - 3pages (youtube,here and another forum)
Jdownloader - downloading a few things
    Msn messenger
    VLC media player - music
    Core Temp

usually the temp runs at about 30c
    and when playing a game
Half Life 2 it runs at about 57-60c

Aslo for what i have read here the 6920g cannot be overclocked. but please correct me if ime wrong

is it worth under clocking? thanks people

60C is a very nice temp to be honest.

I would leave it be. You might end up making it worse.

Those are great temps. And your system will automatically underclock itself when full power isn't needed (it's called SpeedStep).
If you meant under volting, I wouldn't worry about it. If you want to learn, there are guides around here.
And if you're having performance issues, have a look here.

ok thanks. and no performace problems.

there is one tho but ime not sure what it is.

while playing gta iv (the graphics are fine and smooth)
but soon as i get into a car and press go it will freeze for 3sec's then carry on then freeze for a few sec's again

what would that be? ive tried seeting the graphics really low, same problem. ive tried setting them higher (still plays smooth) but still freezes when ime in a car

That sounds like a software bug, make sure you have the latest drivers and patches for the game.

The FSB is pretty well locked unless you have a soldering iron and are very good with it.

The Graphics card can be overclocked, but unless you need the performance (your issue is a bug rather than lack of performance) then I would not bother.

You can solder in a resistor on the clock generator between two of its pins to allow it to be programmed with different FSB values and so you could use a tool like setfsb to overclock your FSB.

CPU speed = FSB x CPU ratio
Mem speed = FSB x Mem ratio
PCI-e clock = (either locked to 100mhz) or (orignal FSB + FSB shift)
