I cannot find any soft to control the FSB frequency and CPU speed multiplicator on my 5315.
I have GL960/965 chipset, and the last Insyde BIOS upgrade v1.43 installed on it.
If I trust the Bios upgrade readme file, it seems the clock generator for your model is ICS9LPRS365. Could someone confirm it?

I tried to use SetFSB, but in it the nearest PLL choice I can find was ICS9LPRS365 BGLF, which a bit differant (just 4 more letters at the end... ) . When I click on "GetFSB", the soft say me "PLL ID error". And if I trie change any frequence the soft deseppear.

Could someone say me if he was able to change any frequence on it Aspire 5315, and if yes, which soft, or which configuration?

    By advance, Thanks

    Erratum

If this information can help someone next day...
I would like to share that the clock generator of the 5315 is a SLG8SP510T from Silego.
(And not ICS9LPRS365 has I found before in the bios' readme file)

It seems that our clock generator is not programmable by soft.
    Neither SetFSB nor other one.

Need to pass by an hardware solution.
