    I face a very weird thing when I plug in the ac power the laptop begin charging and when the battery appear 97% then it stop charging I don’t know why but it always stops at 97% never reach the 100% does any one face this problem it not a big deal but how knows may are a problem take place in here .

    I take it the laptop is fairly new? You may need to teach the battery to charge up to its full capacity and allow windows to read the % of charge properly.

    Get the battery charged up as much as it will take. Change your settings so that windows doesn't hibernate when the battery charge gets down to 3%, shut down all screensavers and "display off" settings and leave it on.

    Play a DVD movie or something that drains down the battery power till the laptop stops working. Charge the battery back up to its full capacity (till the light changes to green) with the laptop still off. Then turn it back on and run the battery down again and charge it back up. Doing this twice should get the battery to its proper full charge and windows should show it charged at 100%. Hope this works.

    Download mobile meter .. run it right click take option see the battery information it will give exact charge left .. it will even tell wear condition
