I spilled a couple drops of coffee on the '+' key on the numpad. It is now not pushing in as smoothly as the other keys. I tried applying a bit of pressure to pop the key off, but it doesn't feel safe. Can you do this in a safe manner, or is it better to take the keyboard completely out to get to the nuances of it?

Also how would I go about replacing the keyboard, I bought a replacement one just in case anything goes very wrong with the keyboard.

    Thanks

I once ate a croissant above my keyboard and my keyboard became a mess. I just pulled the keyboard out and cleaned it with a toothbursh ;-) Just be carefull not to 'break' the connector as it is very thin.

Took the keyboard off successfully and got it cleaned underneath the keys carefully with rubbing alcohol. Back mostly to normal. Turned the laptop back on and keyboard works. :)
