    Hi.

I recently purchased a Panasonic TX-37LZD85 LCD and am trying to play bluray movies on it through my Acer 8930 using hdmi.

The best resolution I can get is 1024 x 768.

Does anybody know how I am able to use my 8930 as a blu-ray player and get full 1080p?

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Cheers,
    Hewi

Hi, can I firstly ask what graphics card has you laptop got and is it using vista and the Acer drivers and what happens when you try to set the resolution at 1920 x 1080?
