Has anyone done/is it possible to upgrade to improve the cooling to the CPU and chipset on the acer laptops..? I'm thinking it would be nice if the cooling fan wasn't always coming on - even when in low power mode.

Performing modifications on the laptop isn't the best choice if the computers are running within acceptable temperatures... along as they don't hit the high 60s when they max out, your temps are really good.
