So ive recently replaced my Core 2 Duo T5800 with a X9100 and it is running VERY smoothly, ive done a few tests using Orthos to see how the temprature is because I know this processor is supposed to be alot hotter than the T5800...

With just firefox running and a few tabs open im getting around 50 degree's celcius

is this normal?, should I undervolt?

With orthos I did a stress test for 5 minutes and the max temprature displayed on HWmonitor was 82 degrees, is everything ok there? or should I just undervolt anyway?

    cool, ill look into undervolting.

also...is there any fan control application I can use to increase fan speed when I feel the cpu is becoming too hot?
