I just bought the Acer 5672 notebook. I was using the eSettings program to view information about the system. Under the processor tab it shows that HT status is disabled? Is that correct for a core duo (T2300) processor?

if HT = Hyperthreading then yesit is correct, core duo (yonah) does not have hyperthreading, but dont worry you have 2 real cpu cores workin for ya

Core Duo does not have hyperthreading. Supposedly the next iteration (Merom) will have hyperthreading.
