So I cracked my acer 4830TG screen when I fell today. The top left of the screen doesnt show any pixels anymore, just a blank white lit-up area with a few dead pixels around it too. I cant seem to find any screws that hold the bezel in place. I am wondering if I have to take the entire laptop apart just to get to the screen.

If anyone has any information about this model, please reply, I am stuck if I should buy a new screen or a new laptop.

I believe its a crack in the glass panel or something? I am not sure.. Thanks for the help guys! I will just tinker around with the bezel to see if it comes off.

You're going to need a new screen. They are around $70 on eBay.

It probably is held in place with small clips. Just carefully pry the bezel away.
