    Hi,
I found a new method for creating Recovery DVDs form PQSERVICE partition.
This is working for acer 7720g and 5720g models.I will need some tools for thsi operation.
    1. Power ISO
    2. Paragon Hard Disk Manager
    3.ACERBACKUP01.iso(empty iso, I will supply)
    4.ACERBACKUP01.iso(empty iso, I will supply)
    5.About 20GB empty disk surface
    The 1.DVD has following files
    1.JPG
images folder of 1.DVD has the following files
    2.JPG
    2.DVD has
    3.JPG
    images folder of 2.DVD has
    4.JPG

Now we will extract needed files from PQSERVICE partition using Paragon Hard Disk Manager.
    Click the Volume Explorer tab

Now we will extract D2D folder using right click mouse.
This folder size is about 7.4GB
    7.JPG
We can create 1.DVD, firstly open the ACERBACKUP01.iso using Power ISO,
    This iso is empty iso
    8.JPG
Click the add button then add the 3 files
    9.JPG
Then click the add folder, add the folders
    10.JPG
    1.DVD is
    11.JPG
Now We will delete some files form images folder.
    delete D5X0A572.072 to D5X0A572.132
    12.JPG

Note: dont delete .wsi and .dsi files
    13.JPG
Now click the Save then complete 1.DVD
    We can create 2.DVD
    Open ACERBACKUP02.iso usind Power ISO
    14.JPG
Firstly add RCD.DAT then rename this file RCD2.DAT
    Then add the images folder
    15.JPG
Enter the images folder then delete D5X0A572.000 to D5X0A572.071 and .WSI ve .DSI files
    16.JPG
    17.JPG
    click the Save
    ACERBACKUP01.iso
    ACERBACKUP02.iso are ready for use

That is all, now we can write images to empty DVDs.A

The above solution , even if it works !! ? its the half work , and it will not make operational the laptop.
Especially if the ACER boot loader are missing, from the MBR , of the new hard drive , or the fresh formated hard drive .
