    Hello,

I've been trying to record some vlogs with my webcam, and since the CrystalEye software isn't able to record videos, I downloaded Debut Video Capturing Software. Please note that this is not the source of the issue, as I've tried this on many other softwares, and even youtube direct upload. They all do the same thing.

I will record a video and after about 10 seconds the audio and video slowly lose sync, and by 1 minute in, they are completely off and it's very noticeable and annoying.

I have tried to see if it was the drivers, but there are no drivers for Windows 7 for my model. I'm using a TravelMate 6291 on Windows 7 Enterprise 64.

I can't figure out any solutions to this problem, and neither can anyone else I've talked to. It does this even if I have all my programs shut down with just the camera recording software running.

If anyone can help, it would be grately appreciated. If you need any more information, feel free to ask.

Try finding the latest version of Crystal Eye Webcam software from Acer Support site.
Do not download the 1 that come with your model, find the newer equivalent.
For Chicony find Chicony Driver, Bison Driver for Bison WebCam and SuYin for SuYin WebCam etc.
The new Crystal Eye software will work on the correct manufacturer of hardware and usually include video recording functions.
