This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Cursor jumping all over the place!

    My new Aspire One has a very erratic keyboard and touch pad. I'm suddenly typing right in the middle of an existing paragraph or look up and find that, even though I'm typing, nothing is happening. Very frustrating. I have turned off the sensitivity control but it made no difference that I can tell.

    Any help with this would be much appreciated.
