Hello, I'm using an Acer Aspire 4920G. I've been using my new laptop for about a month now, but my DVD ROM and external HDD suddenly disappeared from my computer!! Ive been fooling around with Acer eLock but ive tried unlocking everything and reinstalling the program but nothing works!. Everest seems to detect both devices though. Please help, i dont want to resort to reformatting my laptop again.
