    Hi all,

So, I have an ACER Aspire 5715z and I have the following problems

It all started after I installed Windows 7.
It rebooted once as usual after installing.
I put some more configurations (Time, date, etc) and it reboots again.
    So far, so good.

    Now the problems begin.

The PC starts up, the ACER Logo appears and then... Nothing
Just the text cursor blinking in the top left corner.
I wait about 5 minutes and it doesn't change.

I try the ALT+F10 thingy, it also doenst work.
I put a live CD on and it doenst recognize the C:\ drive.

When I run a partition program from the Live CD the Hard Drive appears there: 3 partitions
1 with FAT files (FAT? Wierd)
    1 with Uknown file type.
    1 with damaged file type.

What do you think is the problem?

(I just created a bootable partition with the program mentioned above, I'll try now to see if it boots)

    thanks

    edit:
Now, instead of the cursor flashing the following message appears:
    "Non-system disk of disk error.
Press DOS diskette and press any key..."

    edit2:
Just formatted the whole disk to NTFS.
Tried to run Win XP Bootable disk but it says it cant find any Hard Drive :(

    Fixed.
Used a bootable USB pen drive with windows 7 and re-formated (for the nth time today) and I was finally able to install an OS.
