    First of all, hi all!
First post, first thread on these forums.

I got one of these laptops 2 days ago for my birthday, very happy with it, except the common problem on the HD DVD drive not playing the discs via Acer Arcade Deluxe. (Critical component etc)

I have searched the forums far and wide but no definative solution has been properly created.

I have the latest nVIDIA and vista drivers, and am trying to view the demo disc for now.

I havent got the money to purchase PowerDVD or anything like that.

Is there a driver I can install to fix this problem?

    Thanks in advance! :)

I want to either be able to play HD DVDs in Acer Arcade or get a program which would be able to play them
