    does any of you how I may have disabled the dial for volumelevel in front of the touchpad.

    couple of days I deactivated some services, but have now re-enabled them. But the volume dial does not work still - I did the first 2 days i had the pc.

    What have i done wrong ;-)

    Probably Launch Manager (LManager.exe) - that's the software that controls the volume and media buttons on my 6920G, and AFAIK it's what Acer continues to use.
