    Display shifted to the left even in the bios, fine on external any ideas how to fix?

    Right I sold my old 6935G fitted with HD4650 mobility.

    Before sending it was working fine.

    He recently recieved it. The image on the internal display is ALWAYS shifted to the left leaving a black bar on the right, this includes in the bios and in a dos bootup.

    I have opened the laptop and done extensive work on the insides however its all been under the service hatch and I have never opened the casing or touched the monitor cable.

    I shipped it to him in the oginal box with all the original packaging in yet another box.

    Anyone else had this issue before?
