Do Acer not do high-res screens on 14-15 models?

As the title suggest's, does Acer do any high-res screens meaning anything above the 1366x768 res for their 14-15" models?

I've constantly been interested in their 4820tg, 59xx series but always got put-off by their crappy low res screen.

Otherwise I would have bought one ages ago, so do they even provide options for higher res screens or do they have any high-res screens with decent graphics (5650) on their 14-15" models?

    I'm surprised I couldn't find any models.

I remember that my 6920G had an alternate configuration with a full 1080p screen instead of the 1366x768 screen.
Can't say I've seen anything recently, though - a quick glance at Acer Canada's product catalog shows EVERYTHING in from 11.6" to 15.6" possesses a WXGA or 768p screen.
Only when you get to 17" do you start to see WXGA+ and 900p screens.

That's a real disappointment, I mean things have moved on, I can't see much reason why they can't at least offer it as an option... hmm a real shame, many of their laptops where almost perfect minus the screen.

AFAIK the 6935g was the last.

There are not many 1080p LED panels in this size yet (and would be VERY expensive).

Almost no one offers them. I know it sucks but that's how it is. 3 years ago, we had 1680x1050 screens on 15,4''. Now we have 1366x768
